In order to sustain the community work, Kwai Tsing Safe Community and Healthy City Association was established in August 2002. It aims to promote a safety and healthy culture in the district through partnerships and amalgamation of resources from government, local organizations, health services, education institutions, enterprises and voluntary organizations. On 8th March, 2004, the Association was renamed as Kwai Tsing Safe Community and Healthy City Association Limited and was incorporated as a charitable organization.
